We aim to be the one-stop shop for everything gaming which is why we offer a range of aftercare schemes. From console insurance to software advice, you can have peace of mind that your purchases are protected should anything happen.

We’ve outlined all our product aftercare services, including what’s covered, the main features and the benefits to each of our policies.

MONTHLY CARE – FROM £1.49 A MONTH

Did you know that when you buy a console, you’ll get 12 months manufacturer warrantee, but that doesn’t cover you against accidental damage? We offer a Monthly Care scheme provided by Domestic & General Insurance PLC which comes with a heap of benefits to keep you ahead of the game.

When you purchase anything over £130 like a console, mobile phone, PC, tablets, headsets purchase, you can set up a small monthly payment. This monthly payment will go on for as long as you want the insurance on a product. This can help you save the cost of repairs and stop any hassle if your item stops working or an accident happens.

The monthly care covers:

  • Unlimited repair requests - these include accidental damage
  • Should anything go wrong, you can receive GAME vouchers for a replacement product
  • 100 minutes of Tech Support every year (excludes tablets, smart phones or personal organisers)
  • A Welcome booklet with extra benefits:
  • £5 Reward Points
  • 1 Free GAME Character Care - for your Amiibo Characters
  • 1 Free Disc Repair - restore a disc to prime condition
  • 1 Free Disc Care - restore a disc to prime condition or provide you with a replacement

ACCESSORY CARE - FROM £7.49 A MONTH

Enhance your gameplay for longer with the protection of our Accessory Care. When you purchase any accessory in-store, you can get 2 years protection for a small fee. Provided by Domestic & General, the UK’s leading specialist in warranty provider, this policy ensures you can get back to your gaming as quick as possible.

If anything was to happen to your accessory, you can get a brand-new replacement and pay nothing! With this aftercare, you’re covered against any accidents which isn’t included in the warranty. On top of that, when your product warranty is up, you’ll still be protected from any faults for an extra year with Accessory Aftercare.

How does it work?

All you need to do, is pop into any GAME store to request a replacement with your accessory care receipt and you can get your new accessory right there and then. If we don’t have it in-stock, you’ll get a GAME voucher which you can put towards a new accessory.

DISC CARE - UP TO £1 PER DISC

Have you ever had one of your favourite games stop working because of a scratch? Don’t worry, GAME have you covered. These things can happen, so we offer 12 months protection on a new or pre-owned game disc for a small fee.

When you buy any mint and preowned disc in-store, you can add this cover on for £1 or lower and have total of peace of mind. It will cover any accidental damage of wear and tear once in 12 months.

How does it work?

If your disc is scratched, snapped or scratched, you can easily get it repaired or replaced. Take the disc into your local GAME store with your receipt for disc care and we’ll take care of the rest so you can carry on the gaming adventures.

CARTRIDGE CARE - £1 PER CARTRIDGE

Nintendo Switch and 3DS cartridges are typically very small. The game cards hold incredible games and if they get damaged, can halt your gameplay completely. We can provide you with peace of mind with our 12-month warranty on all cartridges. You will never pay more than £1 to protect your Nintendo Switch and 3DS game cards.

How does it work?

If your game card has been bent, overheated, no longer working or scratched due to an accident, we can offer a preowned replacement on all mint and preowned purchases with cartridge care. If we don’t have any stock, you can choose another pre-owned game and pay any difference in price.

All you need to do is visit your local store, bring your damaged game with the confirmation receipt for the cartridge care and we’ll take care of the rest so you can get back to gaming.
